The Norse Projects Rokkvi 5.0 Gore Tex Jacket in Black from the Norse Projects jackets Autumn/Winter 2019 collection.
The new Rokkvi 5.0 parka constructed using a GORE-TEX membrane, bonded to a lightweight outer fabric and finished with a DWR coating. The lightweight, waterproof outer is constructed with fully waterproof seam finishing throughout, and a fixed lining insulated with 90/10 EU Standard Certified Goose Down. In order to ensure animal welfare and high quality Norse Projects demands that all its down suppliers comply with a RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certification.

BOOKING A RETURN
United Kingdom (UK)
You can order an exchange or book a UK subsidised return (£3.50) through Royal Mail Tracked 48 up to 28 days after purchase:

The process is automated so once the return has been received back at our warehouse the order will be refunded. This usually takes approximately 3-5 working days.
Please note that this does not cover large homeware items (over 70cm) and customers are responsible for all return items whist in transit.

Refunds – How long do I need to wait?
We aim to process returns in 5 working day’s, but during really busy periods we can get swamped and it may take up to 7 day’s so bear with us. Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working day's for the refund to clear. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
