    You can order an exchange or book a UK subsidised return (£3.50) through DPD up to 28 days after purchase: returnsportal.co/r/article

    The process is automated so once the return has been received back at our warehouse the order will be refunded. This usually takes approximately 7-14 days.

    You must inform us via email within 10 days if the DPD order tracking does not confirm the order has bene received by our Returns Team.

    Refunds – How long do I need to wait?

    We aim to process returns in 5 working day’s, but during really busy periods we can get swamped and it may take up to 7 day’s so bear with us. Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working day's for the refund to clear. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
