The Norse Projects Willum Down Pertex Quantum Jacket in shale stone is the perfect puffer for extra warmth during winter time. The Willum Jacket is constructed with Pertex Quantum, which is a woven structure that provides protection against the wind and full insulation.
The Willum is constructed with 90/10 RDS (responsible down standard) certified goose down lining, has a two way zip and adjustable drawstrings on the hood and waistband. It contains two plackets on the front, along with two on the inside for extra storage and a zipped one on the left side of the chest for extra security.

BOOKING A RETURN

You can order an exchange or book a UK subsidised return (£3.00) through Royal Mail Tracked 48 up to 30 days after purchase:

The process is automated so once the return has been received back at our warehouse the order will be refunded. This usually takes approximately 2-3 working days.
Please note that this does not cover large homeware items (over 70cm) and customers are responsible for all return items whist in transit.

Refunds – How long do I need to wait?
We aim to process returns in 5 working day’s, but during really busy periods we can get swamped and it may take up to 7 day’s so bear with us. Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working day's for the refund to clear. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
